New Trend is very popular and a great choice for your holiday home and when chalets do become available for sale, they tend to get snapped up quickly. Our season has now been extended, allowing us to remain open for 45 weeks annually, with a brief closure from the 5th of January to the end of February each year. However, a chalet can also be your Primary residence subject to a few terms and conditions. Please contact us for more details.

We have a mixture of both one bedroom and two bedroom chalets available for sale, all with long leases of at least 15 years, and Leases can be extended or renewed. All Chalets have an outside seating area/verandah and their own shed alongside. All are double glazed and most have a new fully insulated pitched roof.
